Dining in London Series : Gaia Restaurant, Mayfair

Tucked away in Mayfair, Gaia is a Greek restaurant led by the famous Nigerian Chef Izu. With outposts in Dubai, Miami, Saint Tropez, Bodrum and Doha, Gaia masterfully fuses flavors from Greece, the Middle East, West Africa and Europe creating a menu that surprises and delights. The interiors are easy on the eyes: refined, elegant and undeniably luxurious. Among the standout dishes, I always return to the succulent prawns, the rich lobster pasta and the legendary homemade Greek yoghurt, served with what Nigerians lovingly call puff puff.
